The OPI Fiji spring/summer 2017 collection is here! In my part 1 I showed you swatches of the first four polishes in the collection, and now I’ll show you four more! The last four swatches you’ll find in part 3.
First we have this pastel light pink called OPI Getting Nadi On My Honeymoon. This shade is a must in a spring/summer collection and it’s a really lovely color. It’s a creme polish with a very thin formula. I applied three thin coats for full coverage and it was much easier to get an even finish with this one than with Polly Wants a Lacquer? which I wrote about in part 1.
Next is OPI Suzi Without a Paddle. I LOVE this shade! It’s a perfect pastel light blue polish which I’m sure I’ll wear a lot this spring. It’s a creme polish with a similar formula as Getting Nadi On My Honeymoon – i.e. thin but easy to get even. You could get away with applying two coats of this one but for complete opacity I applied three coats.
Moving on to one of the more neutral polishes in the collection. This one is called OPI Coconuts Over OPI. It’s a nude/light brown shade which is great for an everyday manicure. This polish has a creme formula which is a bit thicker than the pastel shades. I applied two coats for full coverage.
Lastly for part 2 of my OPI Fiji review, we have OPI Is That a Spear In Your Pocket? This is a lovely summer shade and I’ve actually seen quite a few nail polish brands including this shade in their summer collections over the past couple of years. I really like the formula of this one. It covers well in two coats and it’s easy to get an even finish.
