OPI released a beautiful collection called Venice this fall. I haven’t got all 15 polishes but at least I’ve tried three: Gelato on My Mind, Purple Palazzo Pants and Gimme a Lido Kiss.
This light blue polish is Gelato on My Mind. It’s my favorite! The color is just perfect! It’s a creme polish, the formula is very nice and it’s opaque in two coats. However, it might be a little tricky to get even.
In this mani I paired it with Super Star Status from the Starlight collection that OPI relesed for this winter.
Next is Purple Palazzo Pants. A lovely purple creme polish. The formula is really great and it covers well in two coats.
Purple is not my favorite color but I like to use it together with other polishes. In this mani I used Purple Palazzo Pants and Gelato on My Mind. To see how I did it, take a look at the video tutorial below!
Last but not least is this shimmery red polish called Gimme a Lido Kiss. It’s a very pretty polish, the shimmer makes it absolutely beautiful and adds something extra to a plain red mani.

Every week I’m posting a mani with a special theme or a special OPI polish on Instagram. It’s a collaboration with OPI in Sweden and some super talented nail artists and we all use the hashtag #veckansopi to gather our posts in one place.
This week’s theme is the polish ‘OPI Ink’, a beautiful dark purple polish with pink shimmer. I decided to do a watermarble mani using OPI Ink and Alpine Snow and I must say love how the watermarble turned out! I didn’t expect OPI Ink to become so much lighter when pairing it with Alpine Snow. However, I’m really glad it did because I think it’s a gorgeous purple shade!
The dry brush technique must be one of my favorite techniques. It’s sooo easy! For this mani I used OPI Push and Shove together with some polishes from the OPI Color Paints collection.
Push and Shove is one of the coolest polishes I own! The metallic effect it creates is amazing. The only downside with it is that it can be hard to apply evenly. However, with some practice you’ll be fine! In this mani I applied Push and Shove on my pinky and middle finger.
For the accent nails I used Silver Canvas as a base and then randomly painted Primarily Yellow, Turquoise Aesthetic and Pink & Pen on top. Take a look at the video below to see how I did.
