Happy Valentine’s Day everyone! However you spend the day I definitely think you should give your nails some extra love. Here I did a super simple Valentine’s manicure using three polishes from IsaDora’s spring 2017 collection.

To create the hearts I used nail stencils from What’s Up Nails and the polishes I used are IsaDora 544 Nude Altitude, 545 Dolce Rose and 546 Cool Mauve. The polishes are released this week and it’s actually one of my favorite collections nail polish-wise in a long time!

The OPI Fiji spring/summer 2017 collection is here! In my part 1 I showed you swatches of the first four polishes in the collection, and now I’ll show you four more! The last four swatches you’ll find in part 3.

First we have this pastel light pink called OPI Getting Nadi On My HoneymoonThis shade is a must in a spring/summer collection and it’s a really lovely color. It’s a creme polish with a very thin formula. I applied three thin coats for full coverage and it was much easier to get an even finish with this one than with Polly Wants a Lacquer? which I wrote about in part 1.

Next is OPI Suzi Without a Paddle. I LOVE this shade! It’s a perfect pastel light blue polish which I’m sure I’ll wear a lot this spring. It’s a creme polish with a similar formula as Getting Nadi On My Honeymoon – i.e. thin but easy to get even. You could get away with applying two coats of this one but for complete opacity I applied three coats.

Moving on to one of the more neutral polishes in the collection. This one is called OPI Coconuts Over OPI. It’s a nude/light brown shade which is great for an everyday manicure. This polish has a creme formula which is a bit thicker than the pastel shades. I applied two coats for full coverage.

Lastly for part 2 of my OPI Fiji review, we have OPI Is That a Spear In Your Pocket? This is a lovely summer shade and I’ve actually seen quite a few nail polish brands including this shade in their summer collections over the past couple of years. I really like the formula of this one. It covers well in two coats and it’s easy to get an even finish.

The OPI Fiji collection has just launched and I must say it’s a gorgeous spring/summer collection with lots of fun shades! There are twelve polishes altogether, and in this blog post I’ll show you swatches of the first four shades. Don’t forget to check out part 2 and part 3 as well!

First we have this lovely light pastel purple polish called OPI Polly Want a Lacquer? It’s a creme formula and I think it’s a gorgeous shade for spring! What you should know however, is that the formula is very thin and I needed to apply 3 coats for full coverage. It was a bit difficult to get an even finish and the polish had a tendency to run down onto the cuticles.

Next is this grey polish called OPI I Can Never Hut Up. I really like this color, it’s a good contrast to the more colorful polishes in the collection. The polish has a tiny bit of light blue shimmer in it but you can barely see it on the nails. Two coats give full coverage and I like the formula. It is easy to get an even result and I really like this polish as an everyday shade.

This one is called OPI Two-timing the Zones and it’s a classic bright pink creme polish that every summer collection needs! Unfortunately I didn’t like the formula of this one, it was a bit difficult to get even. It covered well in two coats but I needed a third coat to even out the polish.

The last polish for part 1 of the OPI Fiji swatches is OPI Do You Sea What I Sea? It’s a lovely blue shade with LOTS of shimmer! I was actually surprised over how thin the formula is, but it still covered pretty well. If you’re not as picky as I am, you can get away with 2 coats, but I applied a third coat to get it fully opaque. I absolutely love this shade and I think it will look stunning on the beach in the middle of the summer!
